Mr. Andrew Wells, M.Ed., is Founder and CEO of Wells Family Initiatives, LLC (WellFi). He’s a finance and operations professional, educator, and entrepreneur.

Andrew’s wealth of experiences bring exceptional depth to operational and culture consulting. Leveraging his FP&A, operations, education and entrepreneurial backgrounds equips him to bring an all-systems approach to consulting service delivery from assessment to implementation and training.

Additionally, Andrew has served on several advisory boards, including The Governor's Commission on the City of Stonecrest and The Education Advisory Committee for Friends of Refugees. He is currently a member of the Economic Development Plan Steering Committee for the City of Stonecrest and on the board of The Stonecrest Citizens Coalition.

Mr. Wells earned his M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Mercer University and his B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University. 

Under his leadership, Wells Family Initiatives LLC (WellFi) seeks to help companies, governments, nonprofits, and social enterprises reinvent their culture and operations to become who they need to be now and next through assessment, research, facilitation, training and planning. WellFi seeks to collaborate with organizational leaders, staff, and board members in the private, public and nonprofit sectors to develop thoughtful policy changes and improved workflows across departments, sound decision-making practices, increased governance capacity, and effective communication across departments to navigate difficult communication spaces and plan more effectively.
